TravelESIM.ph publishes plain English guides on travel eSIMs for Filipinos going abroad. We don't run a contact form and we don't collect personal details, so this page sets out who we are, what we can help with and how to tell us about a mistake.

Who runs TravelESIM.ph

TravelESIM.ph is run by Dominet BV, Panamalaan 7D, 1019 AS Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 75389517).

What we are, and what we are not

TravelESIM.ph is an independent editorial and comparison site, not a mobile network, telco or eSIM seller. We don't sell or activate eSIMs. We don't take orders and we can't see any account you hold with a provider.

Questions about your own plan or subscription

We can't help with orders, activations, data top-ups, refunds or account issues. Please contact the eSIM seller directly, using the help pages or app of the company you bought from. They hold your details, so they are the ones who can act on them.

Found a mistake?

If something on a page is wrong or out of date, write to us by post at the address above and mark it "Corrections, travelesim.ph". Tell us the page address and what you think should change. If you have an official source, include it. We check each report against the source, and if the page is wrong we fix it and update the date.
